Artist's Statement

Watercolor – The look and feel. The freshness and immediacy. How it glows. Its crispness.

I have loved art my whole life. Gazing at the album cover art of my favorite bands growing up. Taking out library books on Rembrandt and Leonardo Da Vinci while in school. The watercolors of Alan Lee that illustrate the Lord of the Rings books. I couldn’t get enough.

I feel truly blessed to have a career where I get to create my own watercolors in my studio.
